Tasting notes: A pale rose color with tints of blue and light silver. Small, persistent bubbles with an elegant release. A very sweet bouquet with notes of red fruits and candied redcurrant. It is sweet, refreshing and smooth upon entry, with a subtle creamy sensation. Finish is long and delicate.
Food Pairing: Cava apt for any time or occasion, it matches well with a wide variety of foods and is best with aperitifs, tapas, and light meals. It features a large dose of elegance behind which lies a special rigor and creaminess just waiting to be discovered.
