Cabernet
Sauvignon-Merlot made with 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot.
These two classic varietals from
Burgundy make up this excellent wine Merlot and Cabernet. This
has time in oak for two months (Allier).
This wine has a good nose, complex
varietal aroma, touches of oak aromas, fresh and agreeable on
the palate.
Graet with pastas, entrés, patés,
young cheese and tender meats. Serve between 60-64F (14-16ºC).
