As widely known, the Rosé Merlot is made with the Merlot varietal which originates from Burgundy France, yet is very well adapted to our viticultural appelation in Spain.
These wines are a beautiful intense pink color, aromatized and elegant in the mouth and have a board and long aftertaste. This Rimarts Rosé is made with 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, which is also a varierty from Burgandy that stabilizes its color and makes the wine more fresh in the mouth.
The wine is best enjoyed with appetizers, patés, entrés, grilled fish, and baked fish. Also, this wine can be paired well with white meats. It is recommended to be served between 48-52F (8-10ºC).
